Job Description
Drive Business Growth; develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand customer base, and introduce Techspecialist’s products/services through market analysis, customer acquisition, and retention efforts.
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.
Leverage customer data to identify growth opportunities, test new initiatives, and create data-driven plans for product development, market expansion, and client acquisition.
Lead the development and execution of effective marketing and business development initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, and strategic partnerships.
Direct and oversee the sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with the IT and service delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.
They are building relationships with existing and new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address them.
Lead the creation and execution of compelling thought leadership content to establish Techspecialist as a trusted advisor in the digital transformation space.
Pitching Techspecialist solutions and service offerings to new and existing clients.
Implement customer-centric strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target markets.
Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify relevant opportunities and how to improve the delivery of IT services to clients.
Collaborating with other management staff in the implementation and integration of marketing efforts across the company.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of business development professionals.
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the IT industry and business environment.
Experience
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a business development or strategic growth leadership role within the IT services industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies that have demonstrably increased revenue and market share.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Data-driven approach with a strong analytical mind and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in leading and motivating a high-performing team.
Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the role IT plays in digital transformation.
